    PIRATES INN & SMUGGLERS INN OPERATIONS:

    In consideration of feed-back from Members, the operation
    hours of the above F&B Outlets w.e.f. 1st June 2011 would
    be appended:-

    PIRATES INN
    Mondays - Thursdays :        3.00 p.m. - 12.00 midnight.
    Fridays - Saturdays   :         1.00 p.m. - 1.00 a.m.
    Public Holidays & Sundays:  3.00 p.m. - 12.00 midnight.

    SMUGGLERS INN
    Mondays - Sundays :         12.00 noon - 3.00 p.m.
                                                6.00 p.m. - 11.00 p.m.

    MEMBERS ACCOUNTS

    Whilst a great majority of the members pay their accounts punctually on receipt of their monthly statements, we regret to say that there are members who continue to delay payment.

    Members are reminded of the following procedures with reference to Members Accounts :-

    • Members Accounts shall be rendered monthly.
    • Monies owed by members to the Club shall become due on the last working day of the calendar month following the month in which the debt was incurred (hereinafter called the due date).
    • If any member fails to settle his debts to the Club by 5.00 pm on the due date, his account will be suspended and he will be put on the Stop-Credit List as long as any parts of such debt due remains unpaid.
    • The onus shall always be on the member to ensure that his account is properly conducted and regularised. 
    • A member whose credit has been withdrawn or suspended shall have his credit restored to him if he settles all his outstanding debts due on or before the 21st day following the due date.  Failure to do so may cause the name of such member to be posted as a Defaulter.

    The suspension of the Members Account due to non-payment will automatically be entered by the Computer System.

    We appeal to members to abide by the above ruling (ii) above to avoid any embarrassment and inconvenience.

    A Credit Limit of RM 2,500.00 each shall be imposed to all Members Accounts.
